Thai 90-Day Visa

• The 90-Day Non-Immigrant visa is for foreigners who want to come to Thailand for study, business, investment, retirement and other purposes.
• This visa is given for a period of 90 days and can be extended for 7 days.
• The 90-day allows the non-immigrant the option to convert the visa to a 1-Year Non-Immigrant visa (i.e. work, marriage, or retirement visas…etc) while staying in Thailand.

In general, this visa is for applicants from Australia, Canada, the UK, the US, and other European countries who are eligible to apply for this type of visa Under certain circumstances individuals from other countries may also apply for a 90-Day Visa. • Show they are not a security threat to the Thai government.
• Applicant must be in their home country when applying
• Must have a passport with at least 6-month validity from your intended arrival in Thailand.
• An invitation or confirmation letter to state the reasons for travel to Thailand.
• Any additional documentation requested by the Royal Thai embassy or consulate.
• Proof of financial funds and travel itinerary.
• Embassy fee.

• Prepare Application Form
• Submit application form and the required documents to the Thai embassy or consulate in the applicant’s home country by mail or in person.
• Pay the fee (cash, check, or by credit card)
• Wait for notification by the Thai Embassy, or for it to come in the mail. The processing time usually takes 5 to 10 business days.
